Meimen Qigong Culture Center seeks every opportunity all the time to explore and improve ways of practicing Qigong in daily life. The ultimate goal is to help people of all ages around the world embrace an eternal health in both the mind and the body, thus leading to a peaceful and better world.
Meimen Restaurant prepares food based upon the Chinese philosophy of Five Colors, Five Tastes, and Five Elements. The restaurant offers creatively prepared vegetarian food for the general public to gain a better understanding towards health. These gourmet dishes symbolize a perfect combination of Chinese Qigong and the philosophy of life.
Meimen Boutique carries clothes deliberately designed in accordance with the ancient wisdom over the harmony of the four seasons and the human spirit. These clothes, representing a perfect balance between the oriental aesthetics and the western fashion, not only are stylish and eye-catching but are also enriched with comfortable and easygoing aroma.
Meimen Gallery holds diversified exhibitions, cultural activities, and artistic workshops on a regular basis. The gallery readily opens its door to people from all over the world and heartily welcome those who are looking for or interested in spiritual uplifting.
Meimen Culture Studio offers series of culture classes, such as Chinese music, classical dancing, chess playing, calligraphy, and painting. These classes are intended for incorporating the precious art of mind/body cultivation into the art of living.
Meimen Gongfu Art House accommodates a unique artistic troupe with a style of its own. The art house presents entertaining shows that combine gongfu and performing arts, including music, dancing, singing, magic, and many other elements. Every show is a spiritual feast, through which the art house aims at shortening the distance between people and at achieving an eventual world peace.
Lee Feng-San Shifu*, Lee Feng-San shifu* is a well-known martial artist, Qigong master, and respected spiritual teacher. Over the past four decades, he has devoted himself to promoting the traditional Chinese philosophy of “health cultivation”. He tours around the world to teach people traditional Chinese methods of self-cultivation so that they can train themselves for better body-and-mind balance, and work together to attain the eventual goal of world peace. His ongoing efforts have already received national and international recognition. He was honored with the “Distinguished Contribution to Social Education Award”, the “Eight Global Chinese Culture and Arts Award”, and the prestigious “Pioneer Legend Award” of the “World Wide Martial Arts Hall of Fame”.
* “Shi” means teacher and “fu” means father. “Shifu” is a teacher who teaches not only knowledge and gongfu but also the philosophy of life.

Pingshuai is a foundational Qigong exercise for every one who wants to live a better life. More than one hundred thousand people have started practicing it all over the world.
