Meimen Qigong Culture Center

We offer various levels of traditional Chinese Qigong and martial art courses, designed to show people the way to good health. Each complete course consists of two components, a dynamic one and a meditative one, so that learners are able to achieve a constant balance between body and mind. Our classes are suitable for everyone, either a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner. The mission of the Center is to help people obtain long-term health and joyfulness, to help people learn to deal with everyday pressure in a relaxed and comfortable manner, and eventually to enable a more peaceful world. After all, the foundation of a peaceful world relies heavily upon healthy individuals.

The English Qigong class is specifically designed for English speaking individuals of all levels of proficiency.
